Salem, NH fire located at # 53 Stiles RD came in just after noontime on a clear crisp 20-degree day Jan.25TH 2007. After receiving a report of a dryer fire in a mixed light commercial office complex bldg, fire crews responded immediately. En route, the alarm came in along with multiple calls of smoke from the bldg. Upon arrival, crews had fire showing from the gable end on the roof.

They immediately began an aggressive interior attack, but due to the lack of fire walls in this 60x180 FT 2.5 story wood structure fire spread rapidly. They struck a 3RD alarm and made multiple special calls requiring assistance from several surrounding communities, equivalent to a 5TH alarm. Due to a very aggressive interior attack by this dept. and assistance from others this structure is salvageable and not a total loss!

02.09.07 - 0715 - Methuen MA 2nd Alarm - 15 Old Ferry Road - Multiple occupancy commercial building - Fire showing from bay doors on arrival

Main Street in Pelham was closed for about 60 minutes during rush hour Monday afternoon, Apr. 2, as emergency crews worked to remove a bull dozer that fell from the trailer that was transporting it.

The driver of the truck walked to the fire station to notify officials of the accident. Pelham police closed down the road as crews from the Fire Department and Woody's Towing Co. worked to upright and remove the bull dozer, and also clean up a minor oil spill. There were no injuries reported in the incident.
